Mr. Galal joined Clear Directional Drilling Solutions Middle East Limited as Executive Director in 2019 with more than 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the areas of Directional Field Engineer, Operations Management, Business Development, Country and Executive Management.  Prior to his appointment as Executive Director he was VP International Accounts for an international multidisciplinary service company.  He has lead teams of over 1300 employees, with revenue accountability in excess of $300MM.  A recognized professional, well respected through out the MENA region including, UAE, Egypt, Algeria, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Morocco, Mauritania, Jordan, India and Pakistan.  Mr. Galal holds a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering degree from Cairo University and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Mr. Farouk is Managing Director of Clear Directional Drilling Solutions Middle East Limited and has amassed much depth and detail in the fields of Geology and Petrophysics spanning his 38 years of knowledge.  His expertise in evaluating and processing information in sandstone and carbonate reservoirs has earned him accolades from his peers and industry with a host of special recognitions.  Through his experiences as a Wellsite Geologist in Egypt, Petrophysics Manager to LWD Technology Director though-out MENA for both petroleum and service companies has earned the respect of industry.  Mr. Farouk holds a Bachelor of Science, Geology and M.Sc. degree in Subsurface Geology from Cairo University.  In addition, Omar graduated from the Amoco petrophysical school in Tulsa, OK with an equivalent M.Sc. degree in Carbonate Petrophysics, and is an active member of AAPG, SPE, SPWLA as well as a past judge for ADIPEC.

Mr. Lane is Commercial Director of Clear Directional Drilling Solutions Middle East Limited. and has significant experience over 47 years in contract review, tender submission, financial and business analysis in the Oil and Gas Sector.  Mr. Lane early on, worked as a Field Engineer through to Regional Manager, Eastern Hemisphere and Commercial Manager in the Middle East Region.  With emphasis on Financial and Business Market evaluations, Tender, JV Agreements, inventory control and HSE he has efficiently and cost effectively managed Oilfield Service Product lines and Regions in the MENA areas of the world for international service companies.  Mr. Lane holds a Bachelor of Chemistry degree from the University of London and spends his spare time as a professional photographer focused on international horse racing.
